On your first visit, I'll listen to you describe your current condition, including your areas of pain and physical limitations. Then I'll give you a comprehensive physical evaluation, paying special attention to identifying the underlying causes of your condition.
Customized Approach
Whether you want to return to work, exercise again, or just feel more comfortable during your daily activities, I can design a customized treatment program to help you achieve your specific goals.
Team Effort
It is important to remember that you will play an important role in achieving the optimal results of your recovery. As treatment progresses, I will give you stretching and strengthening exercises to do at home.
Prevention
I'll also teach you about the causes of injuries, and how to prevent them in the future; this will include information about body mechanics, posture, and other lifestyle modifications when appropriate.
